David Glasgow

Biography
David was born 21 May 1903 at Ballynagilly, Lissan, County Tyrone. He was the son of Samuel R Glasgow and Annabella Crooks.

On 5 November 1925, he married Florence Somerville.

He lived on Drum Road, Cookstown.

He passed away 22 January 1976 at Mid-Ulster Hospital age 72. He was born and lived in Ballynagilly , farming for most of his life, until retiring to Cookstown around 1956 and working for the council. He was a member of First Cookstown Presbyterian, Montober L.O.L. & R.B.P.

Research Notes
The son "Ivan" might be David Ivan from his grandfather William Crooks (abt.1847-1934)'s funeral. "Ina" might be his youngest sister Georgina. The "brother" Junior would be Samuel John Glasgow (1920-2000), his nephew.

At Claggan Presbyterian there is a Samuel Mervyn Rowley Glasgow d. 17 April 2002 age 66, wife Isabella. (Different wife's name than apparently given for Rowley in David's obituary)
