Biography
Thomas William may have been born in 1861, the son of James Glasgow and Rachel Bell. 

On 5 January 1887 at Delaware, Ontario, he married Alecta Eleanor Willsie.

He passed away in 1922 and is buried at Scottsville Cemetery, Ontario.
Research Notes
The death certificate gives a DOB of 15 August 1851, and parents' names James Glasgow + Rachel Bell of Ireland.

The linked parents are one such couple , but there was at least one other. And they did not marry until 1857 . The cemetery headstone says age 61, a difference of 10 years. Given that the age on censuses seems fairly consistent, perhaps this is just an error on the death certificate.

In any case, it would be good to find some other record connecting Thomas to these parents.
