Robert Glasgow, baptised in Glasgow in 1618 and associated in the project research with Robert Glaskow living at Larne in 1653, is the leading candidate. Larne, Kilwaughter and Belfast form a workable east-Antrim and Belfast corridor, and the profile has no proved death date. The probate index nevertheless supplies no age, origin, occupation, spouse or relative capable of carrying that identity into Belfast.

Robert Glasgow, recorded before 28 May 1665 at St Cuthbert's, Edinburgh, was surfaced by WikiTree's creation-time comparison. He is chronologically possible, but no reviewed record carries that Scottish man to Belfast.

Robert Glasgow, estimated born about 1678 and later active in the Kilwaughter congregational records, would have been only about seven in 1685 and is not a credible ordinary adult probate subject without contrary evidence.
