Catherine (McCue) McMillan

Biography
Catherine McMillan, born Catherine McCue, was born on 19 May 1893 at 208 Marlborough Street, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland. She was the daughter of Robert McCue and Catherine McCann. On 11 June 1915, Catherine married John Clarkson Glasgow I. John had been born in Calton, Glasgow, on 1 November 1894, at 534 Gallowgate. Catherine was about twenty-two years old at the time of their marriage, and John was about twenty.

Catherine and John made their home in Glasgow and raised a large family there. Their children were Alexander Glasgow, Mary Clarkson (Glasgow) Joyce, Robert McCue Glasgow, Catherine McCue Glasgow, David Clarkson Glasgow, John Clarkson Glasgow II, and Archibald Clarkson Glasgow.

After John’s death in 1936, Catherine later married Mr. McMillan. She lived the rest of her life in Glasgow.

Catherine died in Glasgow about 11 March 1957, aged 63. She was buried later that month.
