Biography

William Glasgow attended the Kildress church meeting on 16 January 1793. He and Hugh Faulkner were appointed delegates to the Dungannon meeting on parliamentary reform. When David Richardson left the chair, William took it and signed the meeting’s thanks resolution.[1]
