The July report describes a current action, not a repeated advertisement. [[Glasgow-2566|Benjamin Glasgow, son of George]] remains a compatible candidate with no documented mill bridge. The 1858 father clause is ambiguous between the plaintiffs.

Biography

Benjamin Glasgow was a Cookstown mill partner of William Glasgow. Their 1858 action concerned interference with the River Ardtrea water supply. Benjamin had sought weir levels from John Sloan in 1856.[1][2] He appears as Benjamin Glasgow, Esq., of Drapersfield in a December 1869 property advertisement and in a July 1870 account of land made available for the Cookstown celebration.[3][4]
