Even at an implausibly young age of about fifteen in 1641, he would have been about 112 in 1738 and about 121 in 1747. The two Roberts therefore should not be merged. The later Robert could have been a son, grandson, great-grandson, nephew or other relative of the 1653 Robert. No record yet specifies which, if any.
