The lease was granted for the lives of King George II; Frederick, Prince of Wales; and Prince William, Duke of Cumberland, and the survivors of them. It also contained a provision permitting replacement lives to be added, allowing the lease to be renewed. The lease was witnessed by James Stephenson of Larne, William Morrison.
