  • This is the last Will and Testament of me John Glasgow of Ballinalack in the County of Tyrone Farmer hereby revoking all other wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament. I direct my Executors hereinafter named to pay all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as convenient after my decease. I give and bequeath to my wife Anne Jane Glasgow my farm of land and all houses and chattels which may belong to me thereon at the time of my death for and during her natural life, and after her death I give and bequeath the same to my four daughters Jane Glasgow (abt.1855-1933), Margaret Glasgow (bef.1864-), Martha Glasgow (abt.1864-1935) and Elenor Glasgow (1866-1927) share and share alike, subject to the payment by them of the legacies hereinafter mentioned. I bequeath to my son James Glasgow (abt.1844-1906) of Killycurr the sum of five pounds and to my son Nelson Glasgow (abt.1848-1921) now residing in Philadelphia in the United States of America the sum of five pounds but it is my will and wish that these legacies shall not be paid until after the death of my said wife. This is the last Will and Testament of me John Glasgow of Ballinalack in the County of Tyrone Farmer hereby revoking all other wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament. I direct my Executors hereinafter named to pay all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as convenient after my decease. I give and bequeath to my wife Anne Jane Glasgow my farm of land and all houses and chattels which may belong to me thereon at the time of my death for and during her natural life, and after her death I give and bequeath the same to my four daughters Jane Glasgow (abt.1855-1933), Margaret Glasgow (bef.1864-), Martha Glasgow (abt.1864-1935) and Elenor Glasgow (1866-1927) share and share alike, subject to the payment by them of the legacies hereinafter mentioned.
