Margaret was born about 1810. 
 Based on age 81 at the 1892 death record. 

She was the wife of James Glasgow jun..
 This information is from their cemetery headstone at Clare. 

She passed away 21 March 1892 at Killycurragh, age 81, widow, due to cardiac disease. Informed by Eliza J. Glasgow, granddaughter, Killycurragh.

although her father Thomas and son Thomas James were both buried at the older churchyard.

Research Notes
Maiden name and father
Have identified her as the daughter of Thomas Henry (abt.1784-1860) because:
* Thomas Henry's will names a son-in-law, James Glasgow of Killycurragh.
* The land at Drumnaglogh (12a) held by Thomas Henry passes to Thomas James Glasgow (abt.1833-1915) in 1879 -- or 1870, the update book is unclear. This is Margaret's son.
* At the Kildress Old Churchyard, Thomas Henry and Thomas James Glasgow's family are both on the same headstone. 
Margaret Rutherford
Some ancestry.com trees give her maiden name as "Rutherford". In light of the above evidence, this is clearly a a mistake, conflating this couple with James Glasgow (abt.1700-abt.1759) and Margaret Rutherford (1700-). 

That couple are described in a letter T1959/3 held by PRONI, see here for transcription (https://www.genealogy.com/forum/surnames/topics/rutherford/5445/). It can be seen that the description of the children of James Glasgow and Margaret Rutherford does not match this profile, but does match the 18th century couple. 

The tree has a lot more information about the earlier James Glasgow and Margaret Rutherford.
Death informant
The death informant's identity is unclear. There is Elizabeth Jane Glasgow (abt.1863-1935) -- the wife of her grandson -- however they did not marry until about a month after the death was informed.
