Biography
Samuel was born about 1846. Based on age 54 at 1901 census. He was the son of James Glasgow and lived at Killycurragh as of 1869.

On 28 Sep 1869 at 2nd Moneymore Meeting House (Presbyterian), he married Catherine Bole of Oritor, daughter of Andrew Bole, farmer. Attended by Silas Weir Henry and Thomas Smyth.

He and son Fred attend the funeral of his sister Nancy Glasgow (abt.1836-1896).

As of 1901, 4 of their children live at Newtownards, County Down.
