Freeman's Journal 9 Oct 1787: the shop of Mrs Glascoe on Ormond Quay was attacked at night and she asked for police protection. She is very probably the wife or widow of Thomas Glasco, watchmaker at 20 Ormond Quay in 1783, but which wife cannot be determined. Candidates are Miss Hynes (m. 1779, no profile), Mary King (King-67628, 1785 licence with a Thomas Glasco) and Duffy-6026.
