Source findings — parentage and death, recorded 16 July 2026

The 1901 and 1911 Irish censuses (saved data ../Glasgow-3905/sources/census_1901_glasgow_derry.json and census_1911_glasgow_inishrush.json) list Adam, 22, in 1901, and Adam D., 28, unmarried, born in Philadelphia, in 1911, as a son in the Inishrush household of Adam Glasgow (Glasgow-2419) and Eliza. The civil death return of the elder Adam in 1916 (../Glasgow-3905/sources/adam_glasgow_death_1916.pdf) names Adam D. Glasgow of Inishrush, the deceased's son, as present. Together these prove Adam D.'s parents. Seen as census transcriptions and a civil register image.
The PRONI will calendar records Adam Glasgow of Innisrush, Portglenone, farmer, who died on 15 June 1957 (probate Belfast, 30 September). That this is Adam D. is inference from name, place and generation; the abstract does not say so. The grantee's relationship is not stated, so no son or later male-line descendant is proved.
