Nancy Glasgow was born about 1848 in County Antrim, Ireland. She was the daughter of Thomas Glasgow and Mary Ann (McCracken) Glasgow.
Early Life
Nancy was recorded with her family at Lisnagaver in the civil parish of Rasharkin, County Antrim, in the surviving 1851 census.

She was aged 3, giving an estimated birth year of about 1847 or 1848.

The household included:

* Mary Ann (McCracken) Glasgow, aged 29, wife;
* Rose Ann Glasgow, aged 10;
* Eliza Glasgow, aged 7;
