Robert's 24 January 1672 apprenticeship explicitly calls him the son of James Glasgow, weaver. His 1655 Edinburgh baptism names James Glasgow and Agnes Duncan, and his age of sixteen at apprenticeship is exact for the same child. Move his father from Glasgow-1150 to the replacement Edinburgh-weaver profile after it is created. Keep Agnes Duncan (Duncan-16106), born about 1632 as mother.
