Glasgow-3337 was merged into this older profile on 27 September 2026 as the leading identification of the St Cuthbert's father James Glasgow across 1658–65. The 1658 baptism directly names Helen Clerk as mother of Agnes; three later baptisms name Annapill/Anabell Glessie as mother. A second union would fit the sequence, but no marriage or death record proves that explanation. The parents attached to James remain uncertain.

The children’s mothers are recorded separately as each index names them. Search the original parish register and marriage or burial entries to test this identification.
