The Pennsylvania Gazette, 1786-02-15, p.1: Robert Glasgow (co-party giving possession of a Cecil County plantation offered for public vendue) — possible match. The notice gives only the name, Cecil County (North Susquehanna Hundred) and a joint role with Joshua Hartshorn. It does not say whether he was owner, executor or agent. Glasgow-395 (Robert, c.1750–c.1800, wife Apphia Moores, named in an 1837 Baltimore court notice) has the right age and a Maryland family context, but his profile records no Cecil County residence, land or Hartshorn link, so he stays possible. The USGenWeb transcription of the 1790 Maryland census index lists no Robert Glasgow head of household in Cecil or Harford County (Cecil has only Jonathan Glasgow). That absence is not an exclusion, but it gives no support. Glasgow-2425 (c.1724 Ireland, death 'USA') is a name-only possibility.
