The original recital in an indenture of 25 March 1874, registered 24 August 1874 (original image inspected), traces James Glasgow's lease of 2 October 1779 of a 24-foot tenement on the north side of Newtown of Larne to a renewal of 25 February 1832 to Anne Glasgow and Jane Glasgow. It shows title succession, not stated descent. The profile-link audit lists this profile and Glasgow-3929 as possible matches for the 1832 Jane. The fit depends on which Jane this profile is (see the vital-dates section above): the Jane of the 1844 Larne probate index would fit an adult lessee in 1832, while the Jane who died in 1873 aged 50 would have been about nine. James-3991's wife Jane died in 1820 and cannot be the 1832 lessee. Anne may be Ann Glasgow (Glasgow-3992), also only a candidate.
