Source findings — testament dative, 2 September 1628, 7 October 2026

Francis J. Grant's printed Commissariot Record of Glasgow, Register of Testaments, 1547–1800 (Scottish Record Society, 1901) lists the testament dative and inventory of Jonet Glasgw, spouse to George Logane in Steinstoun (Stevenston, Ayrshire), recorded on 2 September 1628 (NRS CC9/7/22). Jonet was therefore married to George Logane and dead by September 1628. Seen as a printed index, as cited in the reviewed draft; the register entry has not been read. The index gives no parent, so the attached father Edward Glasgow (Glasgow-1557) remains a working hypothesis.

The draft also calls Agnes Glasgow (Glasgow-3178), spouse of John Logan in Stevenston, whose testament dative was recorded on 4 March 1628, Jonet's sister, and suggests the two women married brothers. Neither index entry states either relationship. This is an unsourced hypothesis drawn from the shared surnames, parish and year, not a finding.
