Mary was born about 1842. She was the daughter of David Glasgow, Farmer, Killycurragh. 

On 29 Mar 1859, at Oritor Presbyterian, Kildress, she married David Glasgow, farmer of Killycurragh, son of James Glasgow. She was 16.
