Emily was likely born 1 June 1866 at Killycurragh. She was the daughter of David Glasgow and Mary Glasgow.

Research Notes
Identified Emily with the 1866 female birth registration in the name "Glasgow Glasgow" because:
* "Glasgow Glasgow" is a silly name, it seems likely to either be a clerical error, or the daughter went by a different name. No further records were found in the name "Glasgow Glasgow".
* The Queensland death registration names parents as "David Glasgow" and "Mary Glasgow".
* One of the executors named in the probate notice was Herbert George Henry of 36 Gibb St, Kelvin Grove -- that would be George Herbert Henry (1899-1977) who would be her nephew if these parents are correct.
* Age 83 at death given on the Findagrave profile. There is a headstone photo but it is in poor condition and the age cannot be read off the photo. We are trusting they read the headstone correctly. The age is only off by 1, which is uncommonly accurate for Irish emigrants !

Note, the 1864 birth registration we have assigned to her sister Martha also did not have a forename given. It may be possible the elder daughters were born in a different order; ages on the death registrations of Irish emigrants were often incorrect by many years.
