William and Esbell Brade conveyed property to their son John in 1534. John inherited as William's heir in 1564. The older John-to-William succession occupies the same title position, but no inspected record calls William his son. The maintained pre-1500 free-space biography, rather than the stale John c.1475 profile, is the research destination.
