A FamilySearch index associated with another Barbara Glasgow profile reportedly gives a baptism dated 29 June 1617 at Edinburgh to parents of the same names.

That index conflicts with the more detailed Glasgow High Kirk transcription dated 21 October 1617. The original entries have not been compared, so the Edinburgh date and place should not be applied to this profile unless the discrepancy is resolved.

Possible explanations include:

* an indexing or transcription error;
* two separate baptismal events;
* two children of the same name;
* two different couples with matching names; or
* an incorrect attachment on the other profile.
