Ann is strongly identified as the four-year-old daughter of Alexander and Mary Glasgow in Lisnagaver in 1851. On 13 October 1876 she married Robert McCracken at Ballymoney. The register calls her a full-age spinster of Lisnagaver and names her father as Alexander Glasgow, labourer. This also corrects the profile's birthplace from Lisnagarvey/Lisburn to Lisnagaver, County Antrim.

Their only presently identified child, William James McCracken, was born at Lisnagaver on 21 September 1877. He died there the next day from debility from birth; Ann was informant for both registrations. He therefore left no descendants. No later child, secure later household, remarriage, or death has yet been identified for Ann or her husband.

Robert's family can now be placed in a narrower candidate McCracken cluster. Griffith's Valuation lists Robert and William McCracken at Carnfinton, the reported birth townland of Thomas Glasgow's wife Mary Ann McCracken. Later marriages identify several children of a William McCracken in that townland. James William and Elizabeth are the strongest reconstructed sibling pair because Elizabeth's 1889 marriage was witnessed by James McCracken. Mary Ann is independently reinforced: she married George Mark, son of Alexander Mark, and an Alexander Marks witnessed James William in 1886. Ann's husband Robert may be another sibling, but his 1876 register describes father William as a labourer rather than a farmer and gives Robert's residence as Lisnagaver. Treat this as a strong lead, not a proved attachment.
