Marion was named as a legatee in the 1607 testament of Jonet Meik, wife of [[Glasgow-3188|Ninian Glasgow]], but the testament does not describe Marion as their daughter. Her current links to Ninian and [[Meik-14|Jonet Meik]] therefore remain uncertain.

An earlier profile note mentioned [[Glasgow-992|William Glasgow]] and [[Howie-1119|Bessie Howie]]. That association does not identify Marion's father or change the direct 1610 evidence naming James Fultoun as her son and Robert Fultoun as the child's father.

Further research should search Glasgow sasines and testaments for Marion Glasgow or Robert Fultoun naming a maternal relative.
